Recertification Clinic 9AM-2PM (5 hours)
Location: Roaring Fork High School classroom 108
Registration fees: $40.00 Grade 9 $45.00 Grade 8
Fee is payable to CSC
Bring your U.S. Soccer Federation Referee Registration Form
(do not fill out prior to class)
Each referee must recertify each year.

Saturday, November 11, 2006
Bridge Clinic 9AM-6PM (9 hour upgrade from Grade 9 to 8-fulfills annual recertification requirement)
Location: Roaring Fork High School classroom 107
Registration fee: $45.00

Saturday, November 18, 2006
Recreational Referee Grade 9 clinic 9AM-6PM (9 hours)
Location: Roaring Fork High School classroom 107
Registration fees: $45.00
Fee is payable to CSC
Each participant will need to bring their Social Security number.

We must have a minimum of 10 participants per class. Avoid cancellations and driving long distance to certify by registering locally. All participants should pre-register as soon as possible. To register, please call Karen Adams (948-1389 cell or 963-3683 home). If you referee for the Carbondale Soccer Club, the Club will reimburse your registration fee upon successful completion of the course!
